These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “the Player”) and the Operator (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of our websites, mobile applications and online real-money gaming services, including casino and bingo games (“the Services”). Please read these Terms carefully before opening an account or using the Services.
By registering an account, accessing the Services, or using any part of the Operator’s platforms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. INTRODUCTION

1.3

1.4
The Operator reserves the right to update or modify these Terms from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to you, and continued use of the Services following notification will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
1.5
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register, must not continue to use the Services, and must immediately close your account.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND OPENING AN ACCOUNT
2.1
To use the Services, you must:
a) be at least 18 years of age;
b) be physically located within Great Britain;
c) have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
d) register an account in your own name, using accurate and truthful information; and
e) not be subject to any national self-exclusion (including GAMSTOP) or any regulatory prohibition on gambling.
2.2
You must not create an account if you are prohibited from gambling by law, by court order, or under any third-party agreement to which you are subject.
2.3
You may only open one account across all brands operated under the Operator’s licence (“Single Account Policy”). Any attempt to create more than one account may result in closure of one or more accounts, loss of bonuses, or other appropriate action.
2.4
You must not register an account on behalf of another individual, on behalf of a company, or for any commercial purpose.
2.5
You must ensure that your login credentials remain confidential. If you believe a third party has obtained or may have obtained access to your account, you must notify us immediately.
3. VERIFICATION AND ONGOING CHECKS
3.1
The Operator is required by law and regulation to carry out identity, age, and other verification checks (“Verification Checks”). This may include checks against public records, credit reference agencies, sanctions lists, and other data sources.
3.2
You agree to provide all information and documents requested by the Operator to satisfy these Verification Checks. Until verification is complete, your account is subject to restrictions, including limitations on deposits and access to gambling products.
3.3
Where Verification Checks cannot be completed to our reasonable satisfaction, the Operator may suspend or close your account in accordance with these Terms.
3.4
Verification Checks may be conducted at any time during your relationship with the Operator, including after account opening, in response to account activity, or to comply with legal or regulatory requirements.
3.5
The Operator may request additional documents to confirm your identity, address, source of funds, or source of wealth. You agree to provide such documents promptly and acknowledge that delays in responding may result in temporary limitations on deposits and access to gambling products.
3.6
Nothing in this section prevents the Operator from complying with its legal obligations relating to the prevention of money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions compliance, or safer gambling requirements.
3.7
Where permitted by law, the Operator may share relevant information with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and other licensed gambling operators for verification and compliance purposes.
4. USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT
4.1
Your account is for your sole personal use. You must not permit any other individual to access or use your account or to carry out any activity on your behalf.
4.2
You are responsible for ensuring that the information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date. You must notify the Operator of any changes to your details without undue delay.
4.3
The Operator may request updated documents or information to confirm your identity, address, payment methods, or other relevant data. Failure to provide the requested information may result in temporary limitations on deposits and access to gambling products.
4.4
You must not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any prohibited activity outlined in Section 9 of these Terms.
4.5
You must not use the Services if you are intoxicated or otherwise impaired. You must also refrain from abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct towards staff or representatives of the Operator. Such behaviour may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on access to gambling products, or closure of your account.
4.6
You acknowledge that your activity on the Services may be monitored and recorded for compliance, security, and safer gambling purposes.
4.7
If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact the Operator immediately. The Operator will investigate and apply temporary restrictions to protect you and the integrity of the Services.
4.8
Accounts are not transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or acquire an account from any other person.
5. DEPOSITS
5.1
You may deposit funds into your account using payment methods made available by the Operator. The Operator may add, remove, or restrict payment methods at its discretion.
5.2
By depositing funds, you confirm that the payment method used is registered in your name and that you have lawful authority to use it.
5.3
Deposits may be subject to minimum or maximum limits, which will be displayed on the deposit page or otherwise made available.
5.4
The Operator may reject a deposit where:
a) verification requirements have not been met;
b) the payment method appears to be fraudulent or unauthorised;
c) the Operator reasonably suspects unlawful activity; or
d) required regulatory checks cannot be completed.
5.5
Deposit processing times vary by payment method. The Operator is not liable for delays caused by your bank, payment provider, or other third parties.
5.6
The Operator does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may impose charges. You are responsible for any such fees.
5.7
Funds deposited into your account will be used solely for participating in the Games.
6. WITHDRAWALS
6.1
You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, unless your account is subject to lawful restrictions, including verification checks, anti-money laundering obligations, or safer gambling actions where required by law.
6.2
Withdrawals must, wherever possible, be made to the same payment method used for deposits (“closed-loop principle”). Alternative withdrawal methods may be offered only where permitted by the Operator and applicable regulation.
6.3
The Operator will process withdrawal requests as soon as reasonably practicable. Processing times may vary depending on payment method, and third-party providers.
6.4
The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, payment provider, or other third-party processors.
6.5
The Operator may withhold a withdrawal request where:
a) the Operator reasonably suspects unlawful activity; or
b) the withdrawal request is inconsistent with the closed-loop principle.
6.6
You must ensure that all information provided when requesting a withdrawal is accurate. The Operator is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect withdrawal details provided by you.
7. PROTECTION OF CUSTOMER FUNDS
7.1
We are required by the Gambling Commission to provide clear information about how your funds are held and the level of protection that applies in the event of insolvency. This section explains those arrangements.
7.2
Customer funds are held in a segregated trust account that is entirely separate from the Operator’s corporate and operating accounts. These funds are held solely for the purpose of allowing you to participate in the Games.
7.3
The trust account is maintained with Capital International Bank Limited (“CIB”), which is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority for restricted deposit-taking. No deposit placed with CIB benefits from any depositor compensation scheme.
7.4
The trust arrangement provides a level of protection for customer funds in the event of insolvency. The assets held in the trust account are intended to be distributed to customers rather than forming part of the Operator’s general assets.
7.5
However, there is no absolute guarantee that all funds will be repaid in the event of insolvency. This is a mandatory disclosure required by the Gambling Commission’s customer funds insolvency ratings system.
7.6
These arrangements meet the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds at the rating:
Medium Protection
as defined under Licence Condition 4.1.1.
7.7
A description of our arrangements and further information about the insolvency ratings system can be accessed through the Gambling Commission’s website. You may also refer to our Protection of Customer Funds Policy for detailed information on how customer funds are managed.
7.8
Before making your first deposit, and on any subsequent deposit following a material change to these arrangements, you will be required to acknowledge receipt of this information. This acknowledgement is required by Licence Condition 4.2.1.
8. RESPONSIBLE PLAY AND SAFER GAMBLING
8.1
We are committed to promoting safer gambling and providing tools to help you manage your play. These tools include deposit limits, session reminders, time-outs, and self-exclusion.
8.2
You acknowledge that gaming involves financial risk and may lead to losses. You are solely responsible for any losses incurred through your use of the Services.
8.3
You must not use the Services if doing so would cause you financial hardship or if you have been advised not to gamble by a medical professional.
8.4
We may apply safer gambling controls where your activity indicates potential harm. These may include limits, cooling-off periods, temporary suspensions, or other proportionate measures.
8.5
Where automated systems flag activity that may indicate risk, those flags are reviewed by trained personnel before any action that materially affects your account is applied on a permanent basis.
8.6
If you wish to set personal limits or access safer gambling information, tools are available through the relevant sections of your account dashboard.
8.7
Self-exclusion is available for periods between six months and five years and cannot be revoked once applied. When self-excluded, you must not attempt to create a new account or circumvent the exclusion in any way.
8.8
If we discover or reasonably suspect that you have attempted to bypass a self-exclusion, we may close any related accounts and take further action as appropriate.
8.9
We reserve the right to close or restrict your account where we reasonably believe that continued use of the Services may place you at risk of harm.
9. FAIR PLAY AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
9.1
You must use the Services fairly, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms. Any use of the Services that undermines integrity, exploits vulnerabilities, or seeks to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
9.2
The following activities constitute Prohibited Activities:
9.2.1
Creating, holding, or attempting to create more than one account under the Single Account Policy.
9.2.2
Using payment methods not registered in your name or using a stolen, unauthorised, or compromised payment method.
9.2.3
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, verification, or in response to any compliance enquiries.
9.2.4
Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or eligibility to use the Services.
9.2.5
Knowingly allowing another individual to access or use your account.
9.2.6
Using the Services other than for genuine personal entertainment.
9.2.7
Engaging in fraudulent activity, including but not limited to attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, using automated tools or bots, or manipulating outcomes.
9.2.8
Collusion with other players, including sharing game information or coordinating actions.
9.2.9
Engaging in any activity designed to bypass or exploit promotional rules, including bonus abuse, arbitrage, or deliberate patterns of low- or no-risk play.
9.2.10
Depositing or withdrawing funds for purposes unrelated to genuine play, including attempts to use the Services as a conduit for payments or transfers.
9.2.11
Exploiting any error, malfunction, interruption, or defect in the Games or platform. You must not continue to play a Game if you suspect it is not operating correctly.
9.2.12
Accessing the Services from a jurisdiction outside Great Britain or attempting to circumvent location-based restrictions.
9.2.13
Using the Services while self-excluded, barred, or otherwise restricted.
9.2.14
Interfering with or attempting to compromise the security or functionality of the Services.
9.2.15
Engaging in any activity that is, in our reasonable judgment, unlawful, dishonest, or inconsistent with the integrity of the Services.
9.3
The Operator reserves the right to investigate suspected Prohibited Activities and may apply restrictions during such investigations, including restricting deposits, withdrawals, or access to the Services.
9.4
Where a Prohibited Activity is confirmed, the Operator may take appropriate action, which may include:
a) account suspension or closure;
b) forfeiture of bonuses or promotional rewards;
c) voiding or reversal of affected gaming transactions;
d) refusal of withdrawals relating to unlawful activity;
e) reporting the matter to regulatory authorities, law enforcement, or other operators.
10. DORMANT AND CLOSED ACCOUNTS
10.1
An account may be classified as dormant where there has been no login activity for a continuous period of at least 12 months.
10.2
Before classifying an account as dormant, we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the contact details associated with your account.
10.3
Dormant accounts may be subject to administrative procedures designed to safeguard customer funds and comply with regulatory requirements.
10.4
If an account remains inactive for an extended period, additional steps may be taken, including account closure, subject to regulatory obligations and the safeguarding of customer funds.
10.5
If your account is closed and a positive real-money balance remains, you may contact us to claim the funds, subject to verification checks.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
11.1
All intellectual property relating to the Services, including all software, graphics, audio, video, trademarks, and brand elements, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2
You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Services without prior written permission.
11.3
You must not interfere with, copy, or use the source code, algorithms, or software underlying the Games or the Services.
11.4
Any unauthorised use of intellectual property may result in account closure and legal action.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
12.1
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.
12.2
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The Operator makes no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from defects.
12.3
To the extent permitted by law, the Operator excludes liability for:
a) losses arising from your use of the Services;
b) losses caused by technical faults, interruptions, or failures outside the Operator’s control;
c) losses arising from your breach of these Terms;
d) losses associated with prohibited or improper use of your account.
12.4
You are responsible for ensuring that your devices, network connection, and security settings are compatible with the Services.
12.5
Our regulatory obligations, including those relating to safer gambling and social responsibility, do not create a duty of care owed to you under these Terms, and we will not be liable for losses arising from the manner in which we comply or do not comply with those obligations.
13. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
13.1
The Operator may suspend or restrict your account where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations, during investigations, or where account activity indicates potential harm or risk.
13.2
Restrictions may include limiting deposits, preventing access to Games, or limiting play where required by law.
13.3
Your account may be closed where:
a) you request closure;
b) you become ineligible to use the Services;
c) verification cannot be completed;
d) Prohibited Activities are confirmed;
e) your behaviour constitutes a threat to staff or to the integrity of the Services; or
f) required by a regulator, law enforcement, or court order.
13.4
Where your account is closed, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you unless retention is required by law, including where funds are connected to unlawful activity.
13.5
The Operator may retain records relating to closed accounts in accordance with its legal and regulatory obligations, including AML and responsible gambling requirements.
14. PROMOTIONS AND BONUSES
14.1
From time to time, the Operator may offer promotions, bonuses, free plays, prize draws, tournaments, competitions, or other forms of incentives (“Promotions”). Participation in Promotions is entirely optional.
14.2
All Promotions are subject to:
a) these Terms; and
b) the applicable Promotion-Specific Terms (“Specific Terms”), which will be made available to you before participation.
14.3
In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Specific Terms for a Promotion, the Specific Terms shall take precedence.
14.4
Promotions are available only once per person, household, IP address, device, payment method, or account unless expressly stated otherwise. Abuse of this rule may result in loss of promotional rewards and account action.
14.5
You must not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or circumvent promotional rules, including by:
a) creating or attempting to create multiple accounts;
b) colluding with other individuals;
c) undertaking low-risk or zero-risk staking patterns;
d) deliberately triggering promotional mechanisms in a way not intended.
14.6
Where the Operator reasonably believes a Promotion has been abused, misused, or applied in connection with Prohibited Activities, the Operator may:
a) withdraw or adjust promotional rewards;
b) void promotional play;
c) restrict access to future promotions;
d) close or restrict the account.
14.7
Unless expressly stated otherwise, winnings from free plays, bonus plays, or other promotional stakes may be subject to wagering requirements. Information on wagering requirements will be set out clearly in the Specific Terms.
14.8
Promotional funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Real-money funds will always be used before bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
14.9
The Operator reserves the right to modify or withdraw any Promotion at any time, provided that such changes do not materially disadvantage customers who have already opted into that Promotion.
14.10
Employees of the Operator, any company within its group, ITV plc, STV Group plc, our suppliers or partners, and any individuals professionally connected with a Promotion, as well as their immediate family members (including anyone living in the same household), are not eligible to participate in any Promotion unless expressly stated otherwise in the Specific Terms.
15. COMPLAINTS, DISPUTES AND ADR
15.1
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the Services, please contact our customer support team in the first instance. Complaints may be submitted through email or via Chat.
15.2
We will acknowledge your complaint and seek to resolve it promptly and fairly in accordance with our internal complaints procedure.
15.3
We aim to provide a final response within eight weeks from the date your complaint is received. If we cannot do so, we will explain the delay and tell you when you should expect a final response.
15.4
If, after receiving our final response, you remain dissatisfied, or if eight weeks have passed without resolution, you may escalate the dispute to our appointed Alternative Dispute Resolution provider (“ADR”).
15.5
The Operator’s nominated ADR is the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS). You may refer your dispute directly to IBAS in accordance with their rules.
15.6
IBAS will review the dispute independently and issue a decision. The Operator will abide by any decision made by IBAS.
15.7
Only disputes relating to gambling transactions can be referred to IBAS. Disputes involving service quality, conduct, or non-transactional matters may not be eligible.
15.8
You may also seek advice from consumer protection bodies or the Gambling Commission’s published guidance; however, the Commission does not resolve individual customer disputes.
16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
16.1
The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect regulatory requirements, operational updates, changes in the Services, or improvements in customer clarity.
16.2
Material changes will be communicated to you via notifications on the website or app.
16.3
If you continue to use the Services after such notice, you will be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.
16.4
If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and close your account.
17. GOVERNING LAW
17.1
These Terms, and any dispute arising from them or your use of the Services, are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
17.2
The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the Services.
18. DEFINITIONS
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:
“Account”
The registered customer account you hold with the Operator.
“ADR”
Alternative Dispute Resolution provider approved by the Gambling Commission to review unresolved transactional disputes.
“Closed-loop principle”
The requirement for withdrawals to return, wherever possible, to the same payment method used for deposits.
“Customer funds”
Money deposited by you and held by the Operator for the purpose of participating in the Games and settling associated fees.
“Games”
All online casino games, bingo games, instant win games, live dealer games, and similar real-money gaming products offered by the Operator.
“Medium Protection”
The Gambling Commission’s customer fund insolvency rating applied where customer funds are held in a segregated trust account, offering a degree of protection but not an absolute guarantee that all funds will be repaid in the event of insolvency.
“Operator”
The licensed gambling operator responsible for providing the Services, as referred to in these Terms.
“Personal Data”
Information relating to an identifiable individual, processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
“Player”
Any individual who registers an account or uses the Services.
“Prohibited Activities”
Activities that breach these Terms, harm the integrity of the Services, or violate applicable law, as defined in Section 9.
“Promotion” / “Promotional Play”
Any bonus, free play, credit, reward, incentive, or similar offer made available to Players by the Operator.
“Services”
All websites, apps, products, and other real-money gaming platforms operated by the Operator and made available to customers in Great Britain.
“Single Account Policy”
The rule limiting each customer to one account across all brands operated under the Operator’s licence.
“Stake”, “Play”, “Gaming Transaction”
Any real-money or promotional wager placed on the Games.
“Verification Checks”
Identity, age, financial, source-of-funds, or other checks carried out to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
